“What is the difference between "Roku Ultra 4K" and the "Roku 4"? They appear to be identical but for the embossed "4" on the top. I have the Roku 4 but had to take it offline. It runs thermally too hot. To the point where it displays a warning on screen.”

When I researched the Roku, I learned that the Roku Ultra 4K is essentially the same as the Roku 4 but adds 4K viewing and includes JBL earphones to plug into the remote for private listening. I have had no issues with heat/warnings.

This newest ROKU ULTRA 4k model 4661 has added a power(on/off)button to the remote so you can shut it off when not in use! BIG plus for me. It also allows you to sync your TV to it. Hope this helps you :)
