Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Roku Ultra is always on, even when your TV is off. This is so the Roku Ultra can be used at a moment’s notice and it can also look for any new system updates automatically for you. If you want the Roku Ultra to stop outputting audio through your earbuds when the TV is off, simply unplug the earbuds from the remote or pause the program! Going to the home screen works too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because the sound comes from the roku not the tv. Log out of the channel your on and it should stop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is because the Roku Ultra (like all Roku products) is ultra lower power and never really shuts off unless you manually unplug it or shut if off from the menu. So, the earbuds are still playing the sound for the channel/show that you were watching. I imagine you could hit/go "Home" before powering off and then there would be no sound output.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
