This looked liked a great unit on the web, so I ordered it. I gave it to my wife as an xmas present. She tried it a few days later and it jammed on the third picture being laminated ( we lost the picture). We were using 3 mm laminate. After unjamming the unit we tried again with 7 MM. Again it jammed. Stared to smell like it was burning. We called the toll free Service number, they would not help until we faxed a receipt. The company did not respond back to us with the faxed receipt. Finally called the number again and they told us to send the unit back, at our expense. They sent back a bigger unit as the replacement (apl-330U). I would not recommend the original unit for anything more than 3-4 mm and maybe not even that. Not happy with the unit but service was on the good side (After we called them back). I'll see how the new unit works.
