Hello Annie! Sage provides a one-year support plan for retail purchases which can be renew at the end of that year. Support consists of phone, chat, online support, and free software updates and support hours are 9 am - 8 pm ET Mon - Fri. I hope this information has been helpful! Best, MaylaC
