Q: QuestionWhat Kind of support do I get when I purchase from you? I get unlimited support if I purchase from a Sage Certified Consultant or Sage directly. Do I get the EXACT same support in my first year when I purchase from Best Buy?

Q: QuestionI currently use QuickBooks Premier and I'm looking at converting to Sage 50 Pro accounting 2024. Currently, I have eight separate company data files with QuickBooks, can Sage 50 Pro 2024 ( a 1-user license) accommodate this many databases?

• A:Answer Hello GregM57! You can create an unlimited number of companies in Sage 50 depending on your hard drive space. With that, you can convert QuickBooks data into Sage 50—U.S. Edition provided certain conditions have been met. The conversion process in Sage 50 can convert QuickBooks data from up to three years previous. Sage 50 will convert most lists and transactions in QuickBooks to the Sage 50 format, depending on your choices during the conversion wizard. We also have a paid conversion option where we convert the companies for you. • A:Answer Hello Lloyd! When a subscription is not renewed, Sage 50 will go into read only mode. Once the software is in read only mode you will only be able to view your data. The following options are not allowed once the software is in read-only: Printing transactions are not allowed Exporting is not allowed Changes to data or transactions are not allowed Importing payroll information is not allowed Calculated payroll reports will not work; see Can I run payroll reports without the payroll service? Printing reports, besides the reports named above, is allowed Please contact Sage sales to enable your subscription again for full access to your data. I hope this information has been helpful! Q: QuestionI see here the one year is $329, but the renewal listed on Sage is $595. After this expires, can I buy another year at BB or elsewhere, or do I have to pay the $595 to Sage?
