Hello - Thank you for asking. Yes, the straps on the Samsonite - Mobile Solution Convertible Backpack for 15.6" Laptop - Navy Blue bag are removable. They clip on at the bottom of the bag and the strap can be pulled through the loop at the top to remove them.
