This bag is great. I love that it can convert to a backpack. It large, the pockets are in the right size and in the right places. The only critique I have is that the laptop pocket is too shallow. My MacBook Air doesn't feel secure in it. If there was a Velcro strap the problem would be solved. My solution is just to put it in a sleeve then into the bag. Not ideal but it works.
I love the bag itself though. It's perfect for travel and day to day use. Very highly recommend.

I bought two of these in NAVY BLUE for my daughter, & myself. They have a lot of compartments for storage, AND ARE VERY PRETTY, GORGEOUS laptop bags. Didn't know that they were going to be that nice looking when I picked up my online order. We are NOT disappointed at all! We both LOVE our laptop bags! My daughter's co-workers have all complimented her on how nice it looks to go along with the new laptop, & accessories I also bought for her.
I would recommend this to a friend

I really like this laptop bag. It looks nice, easy carry but the zippers are touchy. I expect the zippers will break long before the bag shows wear & tear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
