Often the little wireless mouse USB connector will get caught on other cases but I have had no problems with this one as it opens wide enough to allow you to easily slip the laptop in and out with plenty of clearance.

A: It does have a strap but it's thin and no pad. So, if you have heavy weight inside, it will bother your shoulder.
