What does the "Healthy Cooking" button mean? null

Means it has a sensor that wont dry or add too much humidity to your vegetables or food when heating it

I think it means you don't boil it so hard that the nutrients start to break down...remember when they used to tell us to eat our food raw? And that it was better to eat frozen packaged veggies than canned? Same logic.

It contains presets for healthy food choices such as carrots, green beans, broccoli, spinach, corn on the cob, brown rice.
