“Can I use the same mounting plate for this microwave as the one I used for my Samsung SMH 9151B and will it fit in the same opening? The dimensions for my SMH9151B are 29 7/8"(W), X 16 1/2"(H), X 15 1/16"(D). Thank you”

That’s why we got that microwave. The similar dimensions of the new verses the old microwave fit fine

Yes I did use the same as what was there from the previous with exception of getting a few washers because we had to make different holes in my cabinet because it didn’t want to line up.
