• You need a 20 Amp circuit which is dedicated to this. Most circuits for microwave/hoods are 20 A. Check the number on the breaker.

• 20 amp is recommended. We had ours connected to a 15 amp circuit and the lights would dim when we used it. No problem once I wired it to a 20 amp circuit.

• Mine is running through 20amp wiring and outlets but has a 15amp breaker. I have not had any problems with it tripping so far.

• Yes, that is about the limit for 15A circuit. 120V * 15A = 1800W
