• Yes. I purchased it through Best Buy. The installers installed this microwave very quickly. Less than 30 minutes.

• we bought installation. They didn't work for Best Buy but were hired by them.

• Yes, you can purchase installation. We installed the first unit ourselves, but purchased installation from Best Buy when they did the replacement of the first unit which was defective. Second unit is also defective so we are going to return outright for a refund and get a different brand. I would not recommend the Samsung OTR Microwave-Convection combo.
