Q: QuestionThe fan goes on and off spontaneously when stove is on and /or when microwave is on. Is this a defect or by design?

• A:Answer Thanks for asking, Queenie! When too much heat is rising from the cooktop and the microwave could be damaged, the vent will automatically turn on to prevent damage. When this occurs, the vent cannot be turned off until the heat dissipates. ^Jecca

Q: QuestionCan you heat and use timer at the same time on Samsung microwave ME19R7041FS. If it doesn’t I wish the salesperson would have told me as when I asked he said yes and up to this day can’t figure it out.

Q: QuestionSamsung MC28H5015CK select cook time. Can we adjust cooking time in small increments or can it only be adjusted in 30 second increments? For example can I select 20 or 45 seconds? Thanks

Q: QuestionOur microwave will not hold the clock setting. Even after several resets it still rolls information across the front door like watching the stock market ? Is there a fix for this ?

You need to press at least three numbers to set the clock. For example, if the current time is 5:00, press 5, 0, 0. The display will show: 500. 3. Press the Power Level button. 4. When it is time to clean or replace the filter, the microwave displays the “Filter” message to remind you to clean or replace the filter. • A:Answer About 30.25 inches with the door open 90 degrees, which is with the door perpendicular to the face of the microwave (full access to the inside of the microwave). The door can open further than that but I assume you are looking for this measurement.

Q: QuestionCan it do Delay Start? So I can put food in oven for 30 min, put side dish in the microwave (only needs 3 min) and set the microwave to turn it on in 27 min, so they finish cooking at same time? Then I don't need to go back to kitchen until both are done.
