About 30.25 inches with the door open 90 degrees, which is with the door perpendicular to the face of the microwave (full access to the inside of the microwave). The door can open further than that but I assume you are looking for this measurement.

When the door is opened at 90 degrees, the depth changes from 16 1/2 inches to 41 inches.
