• A:Answer It does "not" have quick/easy cook minutes. Nor does have a press Start for 30 sec cook. My 18 year old Whirlpool had it. Went to BB, tested floor models and turns none of the new ones have this including the $800 ones. Crazy. I miss this feature.

Q: QuestionWhen I am using the microwave, the vent fan will not work correctly. I can only get #1 and #2 power to work. The more powerful vent fan settings (3 and 4) do not work. Does anyone else have this problem?

• A:Answer The explanation I got for this issue is during cooking operation the power of the microwave is diverted more for cooking which diminishes the power towards the fan. That's why you can only get 2 speeds instead of 4 during cooking.

You need to press at least three numbers to set the clock. For example, if the current time is 5:00, press 5, 0, 0. The display will show: 500. 3. Press the Power Level button. 4. • A:Answer I would not know. It was delivered damaged out of the box middle of May and the replacement oven should have been delivered on June 5and I’m still waiting. Too funny that after several weekly calls to BEST BUY, I still do not have it. Last promise was for a pick up on tomorrow but it did not include a delivery of the new one AND a dishwasher I also was to have at the same time ON June 5. Shocker if they think they can pick up without delivery OF both those appliance. We shall see what happens between estimated pick up time, 7am to 10pm tomorrow. I will post it.
