“Can the USB-C port be used for charging a separate device?”

• NO, on mine, it cannot! I have a Samsung Note 8 and charge my phone with the USB-A/USB-C cord my phone came with, but neither one of my daughters are able to charge their Google Pixel 2 phones with their USB-C/USB-C cords that came with their phones. In order for them to charge their phones with this portable charger, I always have to give them my cord to use. It's really a bummer, cause I love this device!
