- Answer This is not the best portable charger. It does not hold a charge long. Once you fully charge your phone, you have to charge the wireless charger again.

- Answer I have an OtterBox case on my Samsung Galaxy s10+ which is about the thickest and bulkiest case you can buy and it charges wirelessly through the case with no problems.

QuestionCan the USB-C port also be used tor output? On mine, the USB-C port will not charge my Note 10+. Only the USB-A port will charge my Note 10+ via the included cable with USB-C on the phone end... But I have no interest in carrying around yet another cable.

- Answer It does not but when not in an emergency just place your phone on top for wireless fast charge. I was disappointed when I found that out as well but the cord is small I usually just leave it plugged and fold it around the charger. Also nice to carry in case I ever charging my phone and someone needs a charge you can charge 2 at a time

QuestionI believe my S10 plus does 15W charging what watt does this do because I am getting an S21 Ultra that will do 25W maybe 45 is this one at least 25W or should I look for a higher wattage one?

- Answer Thanks! I ended up getting a 20,000 Samsung PD One that does the 25W same a s my new S21 Ultra it Super Fast Charges. I had accessory credit to use up so I got it for nothing cost $50. It just doesn't have the wireless charging on top like this one does. I have 2 of these already without the wireless charging and they only fast charge. I like the one I bought even though it's 20 and bigger it super fast charges. Thanks for answering though

- Answer It functions just like a normal wired power bank, but with the wireless option tacked on. If your device has wireless charging capabilities (except Apple Watches), then this product can charge it using either option. Otherwise, the wired option is available for everything else. My wife uses this with her iPhone X, and loves the wireless charging option for keeping it charged while in her pocket or purse.
