“Can the USB-C port also be used tor output? On mine, the USB-C port will not charge my Note 10+. Only the USB-A port will charge my Note 10+ via the included cable with USB-C on the phone end... But I have no interest in carrying around yet another cable.”

It does not but when not in an emergency just place your phone on top for wireless fast charge. I was disappointed when I found that out as well but the cord is small I usually just leave it plugged and fold it around the charger. Also nice to carry in case I ever charging my phone and someone needs a charge you can charge 2 at a time
