“Anyone have a problem with the speakers connected but with no sound? Using it with HW-K550. Got the steady blue light indicating they are connected. No sound at all. Tried a lot of different TV channels, Netflix movies, music, etc. Settings on and at +6.”

Make sure you do not push the wires in too far and you need to make sure the metal has contact from the wires and not the insulation
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i had same issue until i made sure the metal of the wires were clamped between the metal of the speaker inputs. I originally just inserted the wires all the way in and got now sound, pulled out the wires a bit and they worked great!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thanks pauliepaul. That worked! Feel pretty stupid but I didn't know you can't just insert the wires all the way and had to check contact placement. Samsung tech support was totally useless and had me reboot, unplug, reconnect, etc. multiple times. Seems like this might be something to mention in the setup instructions.
