• Our Samsung ice maker works perfectly, provides us more ice cubes than needed. Not sure who works on them service wise as we have not had any problems, although we did purchase the extended warranty so would assume the Geek Squad may provide service if and when needed.

• I think the ice maker works great. The first ice tray fill up did take a little longer than i would have thought. I did research on this before i bought it and found this particular ice maker is pretty affordable and very easy to replace if it ever has any issues.
