How do you adjust the volume I can hardly hear them? null

Hi Tman! When pressing the Sound Control button on your Soundbar remote (looks like a gear), you will be able to select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range. If you are still unable to adjust the volume, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. ^Tim

You can't adjust the volume. They are "surround sound" speakers, built to give you a more immersed overall sound. They are not intended as a direct sound source, that's what the soundbar is for.
