I have noticed that, sometime i have to touch to see if it is working { Not very power full }

Just make sure that both the soundbar and the subwoofer are plug-in to the power source. Then power on the soundbar itself and in a few seconds or minutes the subwoofer will automatically sync to the soundbar. Try to play some movies or music and if theres no sounds coming from the subwoofer try to reset the subwoofer, theres a reset button on the back of subwoofer. And if its doesn’t workout there’s something wrong with the connection or maybe the subwoofer itself is not function well. Better return it to the store to change/replace it. Goodluck!
