I upgraded from the samsung k360 to this n450. In comparison it definitely gets louder. I notice this soundbar has two tweeters and two satellite speakers behind the grill. The treble sounds excellent along with the mid-range. Although for the size of the sub-woofer, I expected a little more bass. Now I'm not saying the bass is bad. Its good but not great. The volume control is 1-100. for regular tv we find it comfortable at about 35. I bought this soundbar to pair up with my new 65' samsung qled tv. Together it looks like a match made in heaven.

We love this for our living room, works great, easy set up. We purchased a universal mount and mounted it above our 55” Samsung smart tv that is mounted over the fireplace

This was a purchase for a good friend. Great price for this unit. Clarity of the sound was enhanced by this installation as well as theater dynamics. Economically sound.

I am very pleased with this sound bar and woofer unit. This is actually my FIRST time buying a sound bar so I am still kinda new to all of this, sooo... any other NEWBIES looking to delve into the world of sound bars should know that this is a great start. It's affordable and has a great sound quality (context: I'm in a small apartment, and the soundbar is in living room). I really like the added base with the woofer, especially when I play my ps4 games and when my mom and I watch movies (she loves movies). Also, added plus that my mom likes it (she uses it to blast spotify throughout the house). =) Thanks samsung! They say you don't need to have sound bars match the brand of the tv, but I already have a samsung tv (so I thought it made since to buy a similar brand anyway) and i love how everything syncs--yay.

This Samsung sound bar has awesome bass,feels like your at the movies.The Bluetooth is crystal clear using Spotify.The set up was pretty simple.You can’t go wrong with the quality and the price,I am planning on buying one for my daughter for X-Mas.

This unit has transformed the viewing experience of our television in our den. It’s our most used television and is wall mounted so the small tv speakers cannot deliver the dynamic sound to fill a larger room. This soundbar and wireless subwoofer make watching games and movies so much more enjoyable. The Bluetooth function allows you to stream music from your phone. It’s kust a very versatile system and as a plus it has its own tuning (treble,bass, and subwoofer) level controls on the remote. Great value for the money and sound. Highly recommended.

Nice soundbar for the price that i paid for it. Got it on sale. The bass is okei for small and medium size room, the subwoofer will give the bass as it best but will not blast your room like some of the high-end and expensive soundbar. I already tried the Sony HTCT-290 and i can compare this Samsung to it, much better bass and clear audio when it comes to watching movies. If your looking for a cheaper with a good name brand soundbar this Samsung HW-N450 is the one for you. I can say that this soundbar is on one of the top 5 when it comes to cheaper name brand.

Discrete profile with mega sound! Sub shakes the floor and rattles the windows. Great sound system at a great price.

I bought this model because it has a digital optical jack which allows the soundbar to power on when the TV does. It also pairs well via Bluetooth with my phone and has an HDMI option as well. For just a single speaker with a subwoofer, the sound still fills the room and might as well be surround sound. Also sound is clear but booming when necessary. The display screen is the only gripe I have; since it is behind the speaker mesh it is a little hard to read. Other than that, great product.

The sound is ok for a small apartment. Would go up for a home. Comes with a subwoofer. Great sound for the price.

I love my 2.1 Soundbar from Samsung. Had it for almost 2 years now. Excellent sound for it's price and gets the bass going if you pump it up. Never had any issues with it and it gets up there in volume. I did not buy the optional rear speakers but wished I did. I use this for both movies as well as linking mu bluetooth to listen to Pandora.

I spent ( 2 ) months looking and reviewing soundbar units over the internet, publications and stopping in at various stores. My final inspection at Best Buy, comparing their available products, price and sound, made it easy for me to choose the Samsung 2.1 soundbar as best over all sound and price.

My wife was not wanting me to get a soundbar because she was afraid it would be too loud but this has changed her mind she loves it the sound is so much richer and deeper. Then of course your regular TV speakers. I'm sure there's much better ones out there but as far as this one goes for the price. It has turned my living room TV a home theater.

This is my second Samsung N450 soundbar purchased this month, one for each new Samsung smart tv purchased in the past three weeks. This is a very good product at a wonderful price. The sound quality is vastly improved using this soundbar. I would recommend this soundbar to anyone looking for a quality, reasonable price unit.

booking up the n450 sounbar was a breeze just turn it on and plug in the subwoofer where u want it. And it’s already linked up. Linking up the rear speakers wasn’t too bad after watching a YouTube video on how to do it. Overall the sound bar could be louder but good enough for the bedroom to watch movies and play games on. And also syncs up with my Samsung NU8000 tv so when I turn the tv on. My sound bar turns on with it . Highly recommend for a small room (bedroom for example) otherwise if u plan on using it for parties or have a decent size living room or open living area, spend the extra $ and upgrade

Setting this soundbar up with a 2015 Samsung 40" 4K TV was a breeze. When the soundbar is on, the TV automatically switches sound to the soundbar and the TV sound is off and vice versa. The soundbar has excellent sound quality with no distortion. The bluetooth feature allows streaming music from your favorite devices too.

I love this sound bar is was a great purchase! Thanks to the guy who help us pick one out at Best Buy. It also nice to be able to Bluetooth music from your phone. It also gets really loud if need to. The sound quality is really good and when people are talking on tv the lips match up to what coming out in speaker !

A good investment. Now my sound is just as terrific as my new TV. The woofer helps, and I am glad I can set it on how much bass I want. All TV sound is better; and movies are markedly better. Very simple set up. ((Had trouble with remote...the whole case slides open, not just part of it.)) Everything works FINE
