“All I hear from my sub is humming, no big bass or anything. The blue light is on in the back. My sound bar is connected via the cord. Is this normal? Do I need to do something special on the tv so It detects the sub?”

• Yes there is a sync procedure in the instructions to make sure the sub connects to the sound bar.
