“This has a subwoofer, front speaker bar and two rear speakers but it says its 2.1 channel. So the rear speakers are not on their own channels for 4.1? For most systems the rear speakers have their own rear channel so you have the spacial effect. Thanks”

Hi upsnowman! The HW-T450 does not include the rear speakers, just the soundbar and the subwoofer providing a 2.1ch solution. The SWA-8500s is a rear speaker kit sold separate that pairs with the soundbar to provide full surround sound.
