“How do I connect the HW-T450 AND SWA-8500S to my UN40N5200 smart TV? I seem to be getting very low volume out of the 8500S speakers and a low volume out of the subwoofer. thanks”

• Use your TV manual to connect the speakers or go to TV settings then choose blue tooth and then speakers and it should pick up the speakers by blue tooth capability

• Hi Mouse24, the sounds coming from the sub and rears are meant to be very subtle while adding depth to the sound bar, not overwhelming it. If you would like to increase their output the remote which came with the sound bar can increase their levels. Thanks, ^Scott
