The screen is gloss. I don't believe the screen contacts the keyboard. There are four small tabs on the corners of the keyboard, that avoids physical contact with the screen
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Gloss... I do see my reflection in dark screens and make sure I have screen facing no lights. See picture as to why. Angling screen helps. I really see no problems outside of the half hour a day the sun shines directly on PC. My tv is gloss; I angled it to avoid sunlight as well. The keys are recessed and there are bumpers in the four corners.
