It sounds like your fridge is in Demo mode. Try pressing and holding the top 2 left buttons (Freezer and Alarm) for about 5 seconds until you hear a chime and it no longer says "OFF"

This mode is intended for use when the Refrigerator is on display in a store, so the control panel and interior lights will function but the cooling system will not. To deactivate this mode and turn the cooling system on, press the Alarm and Freezer buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds until the "OF" disappears and a numeric temperature returns to the display.
