• Yes, I believe the instructions says half an inch clearance behind the back, and at least one of the sides. Our fridge fit perfectly even with the clearance. The Geek Squad did the installation, and it took them about fifteen minutes to have it in place and up and running. I will almost always pay the extra cost to have them install large appliances.
