I'm happy to help with all of this, Msilly07! Samsung now provides all of our manuals online in a downloadable format. Here is a direct link (https://bit.ly/3oxHemq) that will take you to the user manual for this model. We generally recommend allowing 24-48 hours for the refrigerator to fully cool once installed. Things such as opening the doors and adding warm or hot items to the refrigerator can delay this process as well. ^Jecca
