“I set the temp for the freezer to -18c and the refrigerator to -4c but on both temps it says OF. what am I doing wrong? Both have the little icon next to the temp as well.”

Hey Yeti! The OF you are seeing indicates the refrigerator is in demo mode and will not cool. This link (https://bit.ly/2VRvNJt) has information on how to disable this mode. ^Jecca
