“Refrigerator temperature is set to the first (lowest) bar and everything in the fridge is STILL freezing. My milk is frozen solid; coffee creamer is frozen solid; bottled water is frozen solid. Please help! The fridge is less than 2 weeks old.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I posted this question and a Samsung Ambassador responded stating that the lowest bar is the coldest temperature. That is in direct conflict with the instructions in the manual. Please see the attached photo in which the manual states that the first (lowest) bar is the LEAST coldest temperature.
