Q: Questionhad unit installed yesterday. when door is open all the way it doesnt lay flat, stays partially up. door spring adjustment issue or is it designed this way?

• A:Answer Ours does the same. If the bottom rack is pulled out it will lay flat.

Q: QuestionWhat is the minimum cut-out height for this dishwasher? The specs listed here say 35 1/4 but the Samsung website says 34.1. Thanks.
