Yes, all the panels can be changed except the one with the family hub. That is the black glass and cannot be changed.

Yes they can. I'm planning on changing mine to stainless. There is a pretty good selection of colors to choose from. And a couple different ones that aren't glass.

Yes, the panel can be changed anytime, but the panel needs to be compatible based on the model (3-door or 4-door).

The left panel and freezer panel can be switched, but the Family Hub (right panel) cannot.
