Where is the water dispenser and ice located? Does it dispense out for drinking or do I have to buy that seperately null

water dispenser is in the right side of the Fridge from inside , we do use it to drink water. the ice maker is inside the freezer

Water tap is inside left door. Out of the way. There is not an ice dispenser, bin in freezer

It is located inside the left door on the left wall of the refrigerator. It's a little awkward compared to a dispenser in the door. But, it does the job. Just hold your cup under the dispenser a couple of seconds when you're done "pouring" so that water drops don't fall inside the fridge.
