Great question, mark! While the ice maker is an included part in the overall manufacturer's warranty (https://bit.ly/3wbZaDo), it does not have a separate longer warranty like the sealed system does. However, even if you are outside the warranty, we're always happy to offer assistance and discuss available options depending on the exact nature of the issue. ^Jecca
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All I see about the warranty is in the User Manual under, "Warranty." It says One (1) year Parts and Labor on Refrigerator...Five (5) years Parts and Labor on sealed Refrigeration system only...Ten (10) years Parts and Five (5) years Labor on Digital Inverter Compressor. Doesn't really explain it completely. I would call the Samsung Customer Care Center and ask. (1-800-726-7864).
