• The panel I received in December of 2022 had a HDMI cable that supported 144hz no higher.

• This does not have HDMI 2.1 output. So no matter your cable it won't output how you are describing.

• I’m using the display cable on my pc now, was using hdmi for like 30 mins. I honestly can’t tell the difference but I didnt test it long enough. I believe the cable is 2.1

• Comes with standard Hdmi cable, so you would need a 2.1 hdmi cable to get full 250hz
