Yes, but only because I bought my washing machine and pedestal open-box and pre-assembled, due to they were showroom items.

Mine did, but it may have been because of my Elite Plus status. Just check with them and see. They are slightly more complicated than just picking up the appliance and placing it on top of the pedestal (plus those washers are 200+ lbs), so it might be worth it regardless.
