• To switch from Crushed to Cubed ice on your RF4289HARS, touch the dispenser status icon on the home screen. When Cubed Ice is selected after using the Crushed ice feature, a small amount of residual crushed ice might be produced - this is normal. For more information, please refer to page 69 of the user manual. Thank you, Ms. Samsung

• Press where it says crushed and you should be able to select cubed and then hit close.
