Have you tried it again lately. I downloaded it when I first got the TV and I also just now deleted it and re-downloaded it, to inure I could before I posted this reply. Make sure you don't have a failed download out there first, delete it. If you don't many apps, you could delete them all and start over(do a "Delete all"). I did this a couple of times when my 15 year son, got the wild idea that this was his TV and he could fill it up APPS. that HE wanted. I don't think so !! :-) Good luck !

I had the same problem with a different app. Even though the software says it's up-to-date, it really isn't. YouTube is a built-in app, so when you reset the smart hub, it should install automatically.

Please try again later.have you gotten on internet and went straight to youtube through search engine...or go to google play store on tv and try from there...other thatn that i am not very tech savvy...only other suggestion is get on your phone or home computer and google this same question
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Using Chromecast, the tv does a great job with Youtube. I see there is also a Smart TV app for Youtube, but I have never tried to use this.
