I had an experience where the delivery people were asking me for a STEP STOOL once they got to my house .. both men were really short & if I fortunately did not have a step stool … there’s NO WAY they would have been able to complete the install .. The doors on the fridge needed to be removed outside to get the fridge inside .. they used the back of the truck to step on outside BUT had no idea once they got it inside how they were going out doors back on … NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!!!
