Q: QuestionWhat is the best way to remove the warranty sticker on the front corner under the Samsung logo? It is not peeling off easily, so I stopped trying, in fear I would damage the fridge.

• A:Answer Vinegar water or rubbing alcohol can loosen that gluey substance. I was afraid of the same thing and found that tip online. I just soaked it on a paper towel and tried to work it under there. It peeled off pretty easily and then that removed the sticky stuff remaining. Good luck.

• A:Answer By design large refrigerators have the electric cord in the back and plugged into the fixture that most kitchens have. Do not use an extension cord. A great deal of wattage is required when the unit cycles on so any additional resistance can overload the compressor.

• A:Answer They deliver and install new refrigerator for free. There was a $25 fee to remove the old refrigerator. It was well worth the cost. They carried both in/out. The only time they were rolled on the hard wood floor was getting them out of/into place. The guys took great care in handling them and not bumping in to walls or doorways!
