How is the noise levels on the fridge? null

Our is 1 day old and the noise is awful. It vibrates the liquids inside of the refrigerator and the wood floors on our main level. I'm not sure if ours is defective or not, but it is very unacceptably loud.

The Digital Inverter Compressors in Samsung Refrigerators are designed to be both quiet and efficient. The variable speed motor means that it operates at different levels depending on demand, so the sound level varies, as well. The maximum sound level should be no more than 45 decibels, which is about the equivalent of a quiet conversation at home, though it would typically be much quieter when operating at lower speeds.

I think it is quiet. Like right now I am sitting 15 feet away from it and I hear no noise. You can hear it drop ice but not annoying loud.

Noise level is moderate for the general running of this fridge, however when the ice drops into the bucket it sounds like bombs are dropping out of the sky. It is so loud, guests comment, "What was THAT?" Not good!

Very quiet, but if you use a lot of ice it can be noisy for the first few droppings of cubes into basket.
