Mine did but i made sure that they knew they needed 2 people to deliver the unit.  I also tipped them well for the extra work.

Yes they can. The guys that delivered mine did a good job with my removal and replacement.

Yes.  They did it with mine.  Took about 10 mins total.  They said they have to do this fairly often.

In my case, instead of removing the refrigerator door, they removed the entrance door so it can fit thru.
