Great purchase, great price, great quality, love the design, wonderful storage capacity, temperatures are amazing, freezer temperatures are so good that you have to set things out about 10 minutes before you can eat or cook them, the shelves are nice and deep allowing you to store a lot of groceries and items, love the different areas of storage and the way it was set up and designed on the inside, love the look of the stainless steel not the usual vibrant, shiny silver look, but a more warm Calm, stainless steel look with a hint of black to it that allows it to blend better with the black appliances in my kitchen, nice and quiet and so much more I could say about it, but you get the point, I am pleased with this purchase and with this product and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Compared to my previous refrigerator I can definitely feel the upgrade in storage capacity and it definitely upgraded the look of my older kitchen.

So far so good :) The pics were taken immediately after delivery. I purchased this refrigerator January 2025 and love almost everything about it. The delivery was effortless with very professional delivery drivers and the refrigerator came in pristine condition. I have 5 children and the storage space is amazing. The only complaint I have is the inability to move the shelves (this was the 4 star for design). That is my fault for not checking on that though. I was worried about getting a stainless steel refrigerator due to streaking and smudging, but you have to actually have something on your fingers (like food or dirt) to leave any marks on this. It's wonderful. I love the wifi and ability to check the temps in the fridge and freezer from my phone, and having kids, getting a notice about them leaving the door open too long saves my electric bill. It runs very quietly 95% of the time. It's started making some noises in the evening, but I believe that is just the unit defrosting itself due to the steady temps and no other issues so far. All in all I am very pleased with this purchase.

Super silent fridge with two doors opening, making it easy to find your products instead of being all clustered and claustrophobic in there keeps everything at great temperature. Love it love it love it love it. PS WE DONT USE THE ICE MACHINE AS WE HAVE NOT HOOKED IT UP YET

This fridge is so sleek and has a lot of storage. Has basic features, but gets the job done. The storage drawers in the door are very sturdy and strong and have a lot of storage. Love this purchase

I shopped 5 different stores, home depot, lowes, famous tate, bargain appliance. Nothing compares to the room i get in both the refrigerator and freezer. This refrigerator storage is fantastic. I love the side by side. I it allows comfort of not bending down all the time to pull things up from the freezer. The level of quietness when the refrigerator is running is unparalleled, quiet as could be. Temperature gage is simple and accuracy of the setting is perfect.

Overall the delivery service was excellent. Just notice the installers missed part on the refrigerator door when they reinstalled door. See pictures. Could they schedule appointment to place missing part on door?

Nice refrigerator, love it has no handles. Always found that fridge handles always were hard to keep clean, so not having any solved that problem. Biggest complaint….the ice maker….after two weeks, the ice bucket still isn’t full. Super slow, yet the freezer is very cold as is the main refrigerator compartment. We checked the water flow to the fridge and it’s fine. I bought a bag of ice to use because I know you shouldn’t use the first three batches due to factory dirt/chemicals. How long should it take to fill the ice bucket or is this normal….not happy!! At this rate it will take a month for two more batches! Ridiculous!! Six weeks to make three small buckets of ice.

I've had it for almost 1 month and I feel like it's the best purchase I've done. The temperature is great, fits all my groceries, and works great with Smart Switch.

This fridge has a ton of room, and the shelves are conveniently spaced. We knew we wanted to get away from a bottom freezer just because we hate having to dig through the food. I’m happy going back to the French doors and being able to see what I actually have in my freezer and easily access it we’ve not set the waterlines up yet, but we definitely will since it’s a filtered system and we live with well water.

I’m very happy with my brand new Samsung Refrigerator, it is beautiful and has lots of compartments and shelves for storage, it is very functional for my small kitchen. Just Love it ❤️

Great addition to my kitchen, easy to clean . I have a two year old and he can’t open it so that’s a plus .. we are a household of 4 and it’s perfect !!!!

The purchase of a refrigerator for the new house was a given. What we had to do first was a bit of due diligence relative to size, depth, capacity and budgetary considerations. During the research phase, it became clear very early that Best Buy met every requirement that we discussed. Kudos to you all!!!! Thanks for a wonderful purchasing, delivery and installation experience. We will be back! This is not our first rodeo!

The Refrigerator so far so good, the delivery Service personnel are exceptional! I have only had it for a few weeks. I will update if anything goes wrong. I was impressed of how professional and helpful the delivery guys were. Especially Angel was outstanding. If this was a Delivery review only, I would give it as many stars as I possibly could. But I had a huge issue with a Sales Representative Brian. Selling the refrigerators I would think you would have simple knowledge of whether or not the fridge you are selling has an ice box or not, needs a hose to connect or not. I have asked Brian about 5 times if he is absolutely sure that I do not need a whose as it appeared on the check-out screen that I would need one for this unit. He has replied multiple times that in fact it does not, and that he knows for sure. Come to find out this fridge does need a whose because it has an ice box. So I had to go back to the Store and once again talk to another representative. I have also given Brian measurements of my front door to see if the Fridge would fit, as I found out later he messed up on the measurements as well, this fridge was too big to fit through my front door. I had to return to the Store once again for the 3rd time a day later. What’s scary is this is the second appliance Brian has assessed me in buying and have purchased in a matter of months. First one was the wash machine, second fridge. I would think you would have to be more knowledgeable to sell appliances such as these. Plus I have found out that instead of scheduling my delivery on Tuesday like I have told him, he has put it in for Saturday. Have I not went back to the Store, I would not have known and missed the Delivery. I would ask for another representative if you came across Brian, just a tip. Otherwise I would give this Review 5 stars.

This new fridge has been amazing, so much space and such an elegant look on the outside. Lots of room for a family of 4 to store a weeks worth of groceries. Temp control is in degrees which makes getting just the right temp super easy. Shelves are very solid and spacious as well.

It was time to let go of the small old fridge that came with the house. We chose this appliance for a few reasons - spacious, minimalistic design, shiny, well-lit, internet connected and the brand name. The ice-maker was just an added perk because we don't use it as much. I like that we get a notification when the fridge is open for awhile but it didn't quite save us when the freezer was a little cracked open. With the app I can set temperatures precisely among other features. It was a worthwhile purchase and I wouldn't mind upgrading to another Samsung Fridge when that time arrives.

Best refrigerator I ever purchased! I like it so much I might get another one for my garage!

Just got this new fridge after using a super old ancient one at our rental. We LOVE it. It's so easy to clean and super spacious. It doesn't look as bulky as I thought, thought it was definitely bigger than my older fridge. I like the design of the vertical divide since I get more room in my freezer and i don't have to bend down all the time. It looks clean and if I had to ask for one more thing, I wish the doors automatically close after opening, but i dont even think other fridges do that (depending on the shape?)

I’m Replacing a small refrigerator with a bigger one with non detect finger print. Doesn’t need alot of wiping. You will need to remove your front door to get it in. There is an icebox ice maker inside. It’s very roomy and nice. Love the WiFi feature, you can control on your smartphone. My only issue is when they delivered it and brought it in my house they did not cover the front of the refrigerator and I had 2 long lines in the front from the dolly.
