What would the minimum size fuse be to run this? null

If you are referring to the voltage and amps to install it in your house, it's 230 volt that needs to be hard wired into a junction box. Meaning you can't just plug it in like a dryer or microwave because it doesn't have a plug just the wires to connect directly to the power source outlet. Then that outline should got to your breaker box with an 40 amp breaker, it requires using 12-14 gauge wires if you don't have a 230v power source for the oven and then run those a blank space in your breaker box. No fuses are required, so with that said I recommend you get a professional to do your install.
