“Do all of the burners on this cooktop have both high and low flames? I just bought a new cooktop and can only turn one burner low enough to simmer. On the other 4 burners, the low flame is almost as high as the high flame.”

It is important to comment that every burner has a different btu range so the high is different on each burner. I assume this menas the low is different as well. I know the low on the smallest burner and the low on the biggest of the four is definitely different. but I have not compared the low on the two left sided burners (as you are facing the cooktop.) The center burner has the greatest range because it has an outer and inner flame. The medium setting on burner five is as low as you can go and keep but the inner and outer flame on, below medium, you are using the inner flame only. I I hope this helps.
