A:AnswerNever got the one we ordered in April 2022 an PAID FOR.. Delivered in November.. went to pick it up and THEY SOLD IT.. thinking they could have replaced it before I picked it up.. Had to buy something similar.. But countertop was cut for the one we ordered .. Countertop guys had to come back and recut the hole to fit the one theysubstituted.o

A flexible gas line is not included with the cooktop. To know about what is included with the cooktop. Please access the installation manual link below and turn to page 8.
Below are the parts needed for proper installation. Please turn to page 9 of the user manual link shared below.
a. Gas line shut-off valve.
b. Flexible metal appliance connector ½ in (ID) x 5 ft.

A:AnswerYes, this happened to me. I had it replaced, there is no other way to fix it. Very expensive but I feel so much better. Now I know not to spray the easy off on the panel. Is it still under the warranty? If yes, call the manufacturing company but be prepared to hear that they won't replace it. It is considered cosmetic. Mine is a Samsung cooktop and it costed about $500. Good luck!!
