Q: QuestionThe WiFi unit is so bulky on the back, when we got our backsplash installed, I can't put the stove back into place. We don't use the wifi "feature". How can I remove it so that I can put my stove back properly?

Q: QuestionWhile cleaning the cooktop, I got easy off oven cleaner on the control panel which caused discoloration. My feelings are so hurt. Has this happened to anyone? Did you replace the panel? If so, how. Also, where did you get the part?

• A:Answer Yes, this happened to me. I had it replaced, there is no other way to fix it. Very expensive but I feel so much better. Now I know not to spray the easy off on the panel. Is it still under the warranty? If yes, call the manufacturing company but be prepared to hear that they won't replace it. It is considered cosmetic. Mine is a Samsung cooktop and it costed about $500. Good luck!!

Q: QuestionDo all of the burners on this cooktop have both high and low flames? I just bought a new cooktop and can only turn one burner low enough to simmer. On the other 4 burners, the low flame is almost as high as the high flame.

Q: QuestionIs the fingerprint resistance simply a coating? If so, is it thin, such that a scratch would reveal silver underneath? Just wondering whether this feature will wear with time and if we may be better off getting silver stainless steel to begin with.

• A:Answer It does not have the option for a downdraft, you can just use a hood on top even if you don't have ventilation on top you can use a recirculating Hood that's what I use. Works great!

• A:Answer You need 120V and to be honest I don’t know if I needed it because I had it installed by Best Buy. I remember seeing a few things that came with it in the box and I want to say that the cable was included. But Best Buy should be able to answer your question and if they don’t know they should be able to contact the manufacturer for you.
