Q: What material are the knobs made of?
A: Metal
A: Can remove module. Cap included. We did so the top is flat and lines are clean.
Q: Can I replace this gas cooktop with a downdraft one?
A: I replaced my downdraft with this but I took out my microwave and installed a range hood and installed a vent pipe to the outside. Cooktop is awesome and works great. The wifi just tells you which burner is on or off....
Q: Is the cooktop easy clean porcelain/ceramic ?
A: No it is stainless steel. Cleaning is not too difficult, and if you're buying a gas range, you will have to deal with taking things off to clean, which will be the case with any stove. However it is very easy to clean. I recommend a stainless steel polish about once a month and things should not stick to it.
Q: Does anyone know if the 30 inch gas black stainless cooktop comes in propane?
A: Thanks for asking, Harrison! All our gas ranges and cooktops can be converted to run on propane. Samsung does recommend allowing a licensed professional to perform the conversion due to potential risks associated with gas and propane. ^Jecca

Top Cooktop
Very easy to use, love the griddle feature and large middle burner. Also, a breeze to clean. Arguable the best option for home cooking on the market.

Good, nice looking gas cooktop.
Good cook top. A little smaller than expected. Did not cover the existing opening in the countertop completely (after the GE cooktop). The griddle not very convenient. The WiFi connection is kind of useless also. Does not give you anything but ability to see if the gas is on or off, but no control of it. Otherwise no issues yet.
