A:AnswerI have no experience, but I don't know why it wouldn't, depending on the capabilities of the Apple TV. The TV has two HDMI ports that pass audio as well as video. However the TV is advertised as 720p, and should be able to satisfactorily scale to 1080i, if needed. It looks like the only acceptable input resolutions are 720p and 1080i, so your Apple TV should have the capability to scale it's output to either 720p (best) or 1080i, otherwise you may not see a picture on the TV. As an aside, the TV does have a Digital Audio Out connection, which could be used in connection with a separate Bluetooth audio transmitter to connect to Bluetooth headphones.
A:AnswerThe stand is included in the package but it does need to be installed. It only requires a screwdriver to install the two pieces that make up the stand. If you're planning on mounting to the wall the stand does not need to attached providing a nice clean look to the install.
A:AnswerYes, a roku stick can used as long as it is HDMI equipped. You won't able to view the tv rom your cellphone but you can do the opposite and send anything on your cellphone to the TV via a miracast like wireless connection. Your phone just has to have the capability and the screen mirror or similar app downloaded to it.
