A:AnswerI had the same problem, I think it is a design flaw. I changed the picture to Dynamic instead of Standard and it looks ok. Samsung needs to correct this problem.
A:AnswerThis TV is I guess what you would call a plug and play in that you do not have to download some apps but it does allow you to download apps that you may want but is not already downloaded to the system. Smart TV's are those that are able to receive internet connections that allow you to download apps and not rely on streaming systems like ROKU and the such. You can read what apps that are included with this TV is the features. I have personally downloaded Spectrum, ESPN and Disney + with no issues.
A:AnswerYou can get all of the dimensions by looking at the product "Specifications" tab when you look up the TV. They are true to what is in the box. This is 28.9 inches wide and 17.3 inches tall without the stand which you have to install. With the stand, if will be 18.2 inches tall. It is 3.1 inches in depth.
A:AnswerYes it does. It is actually downloaded as an app which will show up when you scroll over to the APPS bottom scroll bar. The bottom scroll bar is were all of the installed apps are which include Samsung, TV Plus, Live TV Air, Netflix, prime video, Hulu, Google Play, VUDU, YouTube, Gallery, internet and Fandango Now. I am having problems signing into prime video but I believe that is an issue with amazon in which I have not called them as of yet.
I have watched almost all of the episodes of Encore! on Disney which I absolutely love!
